At Go Bulk Medical, we do not bill Medicare or insurance companies directly and, as a result, do not accept Medicare or insurance as forms of payment. If you are seeking Medicare or insurance coverage, we recommend contacting your provider to verify eligibility and reimbursement processes.

Two Options for Medicare and Insurance Coverage:

1. Purchasing Directly with Insurance Reimbursement:

You can purchase any of our products directly using your credit card, and we will ship your order promptly—typically within one week. If you plan to submit your purchase for insurance reimbursement, be prepared to provide your insurance company with the following:

A copy of our invoice (included with your order)
Your doctor’s prescription and diagnosis
Proof of delivery (packing slip included with your package)

Please consult with your insurance provider in advance to confirm what items they will cover and ensure that you follow their reimbursement procedure.

2. Medicare Coverage:

Medicare may reimburse up to 80% of the cost of eligible medical equipment, with the potential for supplemental insurance to cover the remaining amount. However, Go Bulk Medical does not bill Medicare directly. To avoid upfront payments, we recommend finding a local supplier that accepts Medicare assignment for direct billing.

If you choose to purchase from Go Bulk Medical and seek Medicare reimbursement, you will need to:

Complete Medicare’s 1490S form.
Submit it along with the necessary documentation, including your doctor’s prescription and our invoice.

Please note that Medicare’s approval process can take time, and coverage may be limited to specific types of equipment. Always check your eligibility before making a purchase.
