How to Initiate a Return:
- Submit a return request via our Return Center portal.
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team.
- Ship your items to the warehouse address provided upon return approval.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- All disposable PPE items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to cross-contamination laws, items such as gloves and other personal medical devices cannot be returned.
- Certain medical devices are also non-returnable.
- Refunds will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged.
- All returned items must be received in new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
- A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
