- Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the damage.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to an error in the shipping information provided.

Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders must be addressed to a physical street address.

After we ship your order and the carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) has taken possession, Go Bulk Medical is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. This includes late scans, lost or misrouted packages, and delivery times that are longer than the original estimated date. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and not guarantees from Go Bulk Medical. If your delivery is delayed once it is with the carrier, please contact them directly for updates and assistance.

Estimated ship dates are based on our standard/value shipping tier. If you select a higher-tier shipping method at checkout — such as Next Day or Rush — your estimated ship date will move earlier to reflect the faster service selected.
Go Bulk Medical is not responsible for orders that arrive after an estimated ship date, as these dates are not contractual commitments.
