Send your PO to us via email at info@gobulkmedical.com or submit below. Be sure to include your contact information. -
Order Confirmation
Once we receive your PO, we’ll confirm product availability and provide an estimated delivery date. -
Payment Terms
We offer NET 15/NET 30 payment terms (subject to approval). To qualify for NET 15/30, your organization must be approved by our team. We’ll notify you if your business is eligible.
