How to Place a Purchase Order

1. Create Your PO
   Prepare your purchase order with item details, quantities, and any special instructions.

2. Submit Your PO
   Send your PO to us via email at info@gobulkmedical.com or submit below. Be sure to include your contact information.

3. Order Confirmation
   Once we receive your PO, we’ll confirm product availability and provide an estimated delivery date.

4. Payment Terms
   We offer NET 30 payment terms (subject to approval). To qualify for NET 30, your organization must be approved by our team. We’ll notify you if your business is eligible.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods for Purchase Orders:

• Credit Card
  Secure payments via major credit cards.

• Wire Transfer
  Bank-to-bank transfers for quick and safe transactions.

• Check
  Payments via check are also accepted. Please mail checks to the following address:
