Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order unless alternative payment terms have been pre-approved.

Businesses may apply for Net 30 or Net 60 terms by completing a credit application.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at info@gobulkmedical.com or calling us directly.

After 1 hour, cancellations are not guaranteed, as orders may have already entered processing or shipping.

Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.

Refunds for canceled orders (if eligible) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your payment information. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers.
